Soft4Tech is a software engineering company based in Novi Sad, Serbia, with a second office in Bijeljina. We design, build and operate software for companies whose business depends on it working.

We are a team of senior engineers, architects and designers. Our work spans enterprise platforms, banking and transaction services, healthcare systems, logistics platforms and TecDoc-integrated automotive commerce. We work with clients across Europe and beyond, across time zones, as an extension of their teams or as an end-to-end delivery partner.
Complexity is the enemy.
Our mission is to turn complexity into clarity: high-performance, optimized systems that minimize errors and remain understandable years after launch. Good architecture is not an abstraction; it is the reason software can change when the business does.
